Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any items.

Damaged containers: If you receive a damaged container, please contact us immediately at Diane@gracefulbeauty4u.com 14 days of receiving your order. we will arrange for a partial refund or replacement. Refund Processing.: once your refund is approved, we will process your partial refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
